‘Hock Loong’ the Learning Dragon will be officially welcomed into Bendigo Library this Saturday morning with a traditional Chinese Eyes Open Ceremony performed by the Golden Dragon Museum.

Goldfields Libraries is delighted to welcome Orchestra Victoria back for three free chamber concerts at Bendigo Library from Tuesday 23 – Thursday 25 August.

The concert series is part of the week-long Orchestra Victoria Bendigo Festival and is earmarked as a major classical music highlight for regional Victoria this winter.

Lynne Kelly's latest book The Memory Code was launched to a crowd of 220 at Castlemaine Library recently.

A ground-breaking insight into the traditional Aboriginal memory technique that unlocks the secrets of Stonehenge, Easter Island and ancient monuments the world over, The Memory Code has gone into reprint just five days after its release.
