The Goldfields Libraries services the Council areas of Greater Bendigo, Mount Alexander, Macedon Ranges and Loddon.  We serve a population of almost 180,000 people with the eLibrary, 9 libraries, and 8 library agencies. Our Corporation is privileged to be serving these diverse communities across 13,000km2 of Central Victoria.

Library Services Officer – Gisborne and Kyneton

Would you like to join the teams at Gisborne and Kyneton libraries?  Are you:

  • Skilled in customer service?
  • Experienced in working with diverse ages, groups and communities?
  • Digitally literate?

This position will work as part of a team across the full range of library services including day to day operations, program delivery, community relations, collection access and information services.

The role is ongoing, 17.75 hours per fortnight, Band 4 $61,947.60- $66,783.60 (per annum pro rata).  The role will not be split so the successful applicant must travel to both Libraries. Work hours will be rostered across library opening hours and will include every Saturday.

A current Working with Children Check is essential.
