Reserve & Collect 

Reserve + Collect is now available at Axedale and Tarnagulla library agencies. 

Items may be reserved through our online catalogue, or over the phone and picked up on Reserve + Collect days. 

• Axedale - Thursday, fortnightly, 2-3.30pm
• Tarnagulla - First Monday of the month, 2-3pm

How Reserve & Collect works:

1. Access the library catalogue online. For more information on navigating the catalogue and placing a reserve, View our Browsing and reserving online video, Making the most of your library membership guide.
2. Place your reservation, remembering to select your preferred pick-up location.
3. Wait for an email, SMS or phone call from your local library advising when your reserve is ready to collect.
4. Check new Reserve & Collect hours above, then head down to collect your item. Please remember to bring your library card and a carry bag if needed.

Please note: Axedale and Tarnagulla library agencies are not open for browsing. Only reserved items can be collected during library visits.
