E-Book Expo @ Castlemaine Library

Castlemaine Library will be hosting a free e-book expo on Saturday 28 February.

The expo will include information sessions on the different types of eBook readers available plus demonstrations on how to use them and how to access Goldfields Libraries online resources.

Castlemaine Library Manager, Kath Waugh says the expo is suitable for beginners and experts alike.

“If you are confused about the kinds of e readers available or want to know how to access free e-books and download them to your device you will get a lot out of the expo.

 “And if you are someone who is already in the know when it comes to e-readers, we would love you to come along and share what you know with others.

“Presentations on how to use the Library’s e- resources like BorrowBox, OneClick Digital and Zinio will take place on the day.

“Thousands of e-books, newspapers and magazines are available in digital formats from our website. We would encourage anyone interested to come and discover how to make the most of our free online resources”. Ms Waugh says.

The e-book expo will be held 1-3pm, Saturday 28 February at the Castlemaine Library.

The event is free, no bookings required.
