Need to print from your own device? Send files from your smartphone, tablet or laptop directly to a library printer via email, then pick them up when you’re ready.

Please note: this service is for basic printing needs. For more complex jobs, please use our in-branch printing service via our public PCs.

To access remote printing:

  1. Check your closest available library (list below)
  2. Email your file as an attachment to the appropriate email address
  3. Drop by the library to pick up and pay for your print.

A few important things to note:

  • Your file must be an attachment in the email; it can’t be in the body of the email.
  • Accepted file types: PDF, XPS (Portable document files), DOC, DOCX (Word documents), XLS, XLXS (Excel), PPT, PPTX (PowerPoint), PNG, JPG, JPEG (image files).
  • A4 single-sided prints only (sorry, no A3 or double-sided prints).
  • Library staff don’t have access to the document, so we can’t make changes to it. Your document will also be encrypted for security purposes.
  • Normal printing charges apply.
  • Your email will only be held for 48 hours.
