At Goldfields Libraries, our volunteers play an essential role in creating vibrant, welcoming spaces for everyone. Whether supporting our branches, assisting with activities, or delivering our Home Library Service, their dedication strengthens our communities and fosters connection every day.

Bendigo Volunteer Resource Centre

Bendigo Volunteer Resource Centre provides vital volunteer support services and programs to individuals and volunteer-involved organisations across the Greater Bendigo region.

Bendigo Volunteer Resource Centre fosters effective volunteering by:

• Mentoring and linking volunteers to meaningful volunteer roles with local community organisations
• Training volunteers (Step into Volunteering sessions)
• Promoting best practice volunteering
• Supporting and mentoring volunteer managers (Bendigo Volunteer Network & Skilled Volunteer Team)
